Erma Vizenor, White Earth Member
The one thing I want to thank former Chairman Vizenor for was in leading the charge to eradicate the greatest thief known to our tribe, Chip Wadena.
I wonder if Chip Wadena ever repaid a dime of what he owed the White Earth Nation?
