Crossville, TN Restaurants

Last evening over dinner I enjoyed a conversation with a restaurant owner, the owner of the dining establishment I was in.   Two things stood out, one, how out of touch he was with his employees and two, how out of touch he was with his customers.

If there was ever a small town in America hungry for good food at a fair price, with decent "help" this would be it.

But let's be honest.   Where would a business owner find intelligent "help" with common sense these days?
