Pop a Pill, Drop the Pounds

Grandpa always said the best way to lose weight is to keep the fork away from your mouth.  Now, they are popping pills!

Obesity rampant, gym memberships galore, the health of America dwindles.

My take is fairly simple.  FWIW from where I sit.  Obesity is NOT a disease. It is a symptom. So are type 2 diabetes, cancer, heart disease, stroke, and chronic inflammation.

All are SYMPTOMS of severe metabolic dysfunction brought on by diet.

You can end them by changing your diet. Eliminate all added sugar, scale back your carbohydrate intake to a trickle, and eat lots of vegetables, fruits, meat, eggs, and dairy. You will be healthy within a year with almost no other effort.  Curb your booze while you are at it.

Now, there is one other catch; eat NOTHING processed. If it comes in a box, bag, bottle, or tub don't eat it. After two weeks you will feel better than you have in years.

Virtually EVERYTHING you have been told about diet in the last 50 years has not only been wrong, it has been a deliberate LIE. Solely to enrich a few powerful industrial lobbies and individuals. Never believe ANYTHING that the government or large industries tell you about diet. That includes dietitians and nutritionists.
