Debt Level in 1993: $4 trillion
Clinton: $200 billion per year (8 years)
GWB: $600 billion per year (8 years)
Obama: $1.1 trillion per year (8 years)
Trump: $1.8 trillion per year (4 years)
Biden: $2.2 trillion per year (3 years through fiscal 2023)
